Welcome to the official website of the Arewa Telecom Operatos Agents and SIM Card Dealers Association (ATOASDA).

Before you complete your registration as a Member, please read and agree to the following simple terms.

1. Membership Information

By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is true and correct. Any false or misleading information may lead to suspension or removal from ATOASDA's Membership list.

2. Use of this Platform

This website is designed to serve members of ATOASDA across the 19 Northern States. You agree to use it responsibly, avoid posting false content, and not engage in any activity that can damage the image of ATOASDA or its Partners.

3. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data will be kept safe and used only for official association purposes - such as communication, identification, and programme updates.

4. Communication

By registering, you allow ATOASDA to contact you through phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or email for official matters, notices, and programme invitations.

5. Membership Conduct

Members are expected to act with honesty, respect, and professionalism while representing ATOASDA. Any action that brings disrepute to the association or violates national telecom regulations may lead to disciplinary action.

6. Compliance and Legal Responsibility

No member should knowingly engage in fraudulent SIM card registration. Any member found deliberately violating the law or the SIM registration guidelines will be held fully responsible for their actions. However, there are exceptions where the partner does not authorize or approve the agent to carry out the fraudulent act. In such cases, responsibility lies with the party that initiated or approved the wrongdoing.

7. Payments and Contribuitons

Some services or renewals may require membership dues or other approved payments. You agree to pay such dues as communicated by the national or state leadership from time to time.

8. Registration and Renewal

Membership registration is one-off, but monthly dues are continuous to maintain active status. Every member’s ID card is renewable and must be kept valid to enjoy full association benefits.

9. Updates and Changes

ATOASDA may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary. Any major changes will be communicated through official channels or announced on the website.
